BluRay The Future

In this section you will find all the films and movies that The DVD Archive Team have sat down and watched, either on a one-to-one basis or as a Team. With those films that have been watched alone, it will only be in the “Review” that you will be allowed to know, or at least alerted to know somewhere enroute toward the end of the article.

As many people are now turning away from the normal (what is classed as the Normal) DVD5 and DVD9, it is not hard to imagine a world without the basic DVD Player as more and more BluRay Players and Optical Media becomes widely available. Being in the business of selling this Optical Media, I alone know, that the sales are staggering, if not spiralling out of control. Everyone wants a BluRay Player, and in this, it is wise to mention that some Gamers actually use their PS3 to play BluRay Films.

Certainly, BluRay is not the “Be All And End All” of the Home Entertainment front! By far there are a few formats higher than BluRay, its just that the Manufacturer’s prefer to keep it under their hats until the bulk amounts of BluRay Players and Duplicators are sold out.

Alas, as mentioned, this section is the films made after the year 2000 and onwards of that bench mark in time.
